I’m getting this update out to you a little late due to some changes I’ve made in my life over the past week (post coming on that soon), but today I’m happy to release to you the new and improved Marketers Delight 4.3.1.
MD4.3.1 is the 7th update I’ve released to you guys and I always feel a great sense of pride sending them out. Every update makes your experience building with Marketers Delight just a little bit better each time and the seamlessness of delivering one-click updates to your site keeps MD from getting in your way as it gets better.
Without further adieu, let’s dive into the newest version.
Connect MD to ActiveCampaign to Display Email Forms Around Your Site Code-Free
As more and more people switch their sites over to Marketers Delight there becomes a higher demand for new features and integrations. One of the most popular requests over the past couple of weeks has been for ActiveCampaign email form integration.
One of the hallmark features of Marketers Delight is the capability to connect to an email service to place email forms throughout your site code-free. Until today, MD only connected to MailChimp and AWeber.
As of today, you may now also connect to ActiveCampaign with the same process. Just enter your API URL and Key into MD, and everything else will be taken care of for you.
Watch this quick video to see how easy integrating your site to ActiveCampaign is:
Is your email service not supported? You can still create beautiful forms with MD by placing your custom code into the Email Forms page until integration has been built in.
New Page Leads Display Options Make Adding Custom Elements Around Your Site Easier
I’m not going to lie, I’ve been obsessing a lot lately over the direction I want to take Page Leads and I’m extremely confident they can expand into a full-fledged landing page builder.
This update makes them even more versatile with the new Display Options.
From the Page Leads screen in your WordPress Dashboard you can now set any Page Lead to appear sitewide, on all posts, all pages, or just your blog homepage with just a click of a checkbox.
…or create multiple configurations and show a Page Lead on your blog homepage and all posts. of course, you can still override any Page Lead on a post/page/category basis.
…and Various Spacing Improvements to Make Your Design Look More Professional
It’s true, the design of your site is nothing compared to the quality of your content. You shouldn’t have to sweat the details of a good design because you’re probably not here for all of that… you just want to write.
Well, that’s why Marketers Delight exists and what I excel at — obsessing over the small details of your design so you don’t have to. Thanks to your feedback and some tedious code work, I was also able to squeeze in these bug fixes and other improvements into MD4.3.1:
- Improved spacing on the Table + Funnel Lead if set to the After Post position, adding more space to the left and right to give them some breathing room.
- Fixed a bug preventing the Table Page Lead “Pro” template from toggling on mobile.
- Fixed a bug that prevented custom email forms from showing after posts.
- Fixed a bug that showed duplicate design options from showing on the email connection screen after a successful connection.
- Added translation files into the Marketers Delight plugin so MD can be translated into other languages.
Marketers Delight is Growing and Growing
Each day, whether it’s a new sale or a new email from a potential customer, Marketers Delight is getting better. I’m already salivating at some of the new ideas I have for the next release and can’t wait to start building them.
I’ve mentioned in the past couple of posts my increasing frustration at myself for not writing more, but with the changes I’ve made in my life recently, I believe I’m in a better position to start getting some more posts published around here.
That’s all for today, have fun with these new features!
